Position Overview:

 

·         To act as the lead for all Project Controls related activities including project planning & management and governance (including amongst others cost controls, risk management, change controls and document controls).

·         To also provide leadership to all members within the Project Controls department.

Position Requirements:

·         Held project controls leadership roles in HSR (preferable) and/or major infrastructure project experience

·         Hold relevant degree and related professional qualification

·         15 years of project management experience with at least 5 years in senior management, with involvement in:

o   Programme / Project management roles including internal reviews, audits, detailed plans, cost control, change controls and risk/issues registers

o   Project management discipline

o   Experience in leading team in the developing, managing and administrating the project.

 

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

·         Expected scope, to lead the HSR work in relation to the relevant project controls aspects for the HSR project to ensure minimal cost and best value to government, including:

o   Project planning and management including co-ordinating programme inputs to ensure delivery of programme within prescribed parameters.

o   Project quality, schedule and cost management

o   Direct, organise and control project activities

o   Project Quality, Schedule & Cost Management

o   Developing, managing and administering the project

o    Coordinating the activities of all different stakeholders who are responsible for project progress
