Supervisory Responsibility




Position Overview:

To act as the lead for all Project Management Office (‘PMO’) related activities including the development, management and administration of the project; and to also provide functional leadership to all members within the Project Management Office Division. The 2 Departments of the PMO are :

o    Project Controls

o    Management Systems




Position Requirements:


·         Held leadership roles in HSR (preferable) and/or major infrastructure project experience

·         Hold relevant degree and related professional qualification

·         At least 15-20 years of senior management in HSR and/or relevant rail project experience with successful implementation, with involvement in :

o    Project Controls (i.e project scheduling, cost control, risk management, change control, document control)

o    Management Systems

o    Project management discipline

o    Experience in leading team in the developing, managing and administrating the project.


Key Roles/Responsibilities:

·         Expected scope, to lead the HSR work in relation to the PMO Division, including project management aspects for the HSR project to ensure project achieves on time completion and on cost, including:

o   Project quality, schedule and cost management

o   Direct, organise and control project activities

o   Project Quality, Schedule & Cost Management

o   Project Management System

o   Developing, managing and administering the project

o    Coordinating the activities of all different stakeholders who are responsible for project progress
