Newag buys stake in ZNLE

ZNLE works.

POLAND: Italian firm Team Engineering has sold its 80% stake in Polish electric locomotive repair company ZNLE to Newag for an undisclosed price.

An initial 24·99% stake Gliwice-based ZNLE has been transferred, with the remainder subject to regulatory approval.

Based in Nowy Sacz, Newag specialises in the manufacturing and upgrade of passenger rolling stock and shunting locomotives.
