Details: The Saudi Railway Organization (SRO) invites interested National and International Companies (Maintenance Contractors, Rolling Stock Manufacturers or other qualified firms) to express their interest in the maintenance of its fleet of locomotives, freight cars and passengers as well as operations and maintenance of its workshops in Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 

Expressions of interest must include corporate structure, experience, qualifications, financial resources, management philosophy, human resources, subcontractors, knowledge of AAR and UIC rules and regulations, qualify assurance and understanding and compliance of future bond and insurance requirements. 

These Expressions of Interest must be received at 13:00 hrs, local Saudi time on March 28th, 2012 at the address specified in the document, which could be obtained by visiting SRO's website.
