iPad Prize Draw Term & Conditions

How to Enter:

Simply complete the form, pass-on the card to a colleague or friend and you will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win an Apple iPad.

The following Terms and Conditions apply:

1.       Entrants must be 18 or over and must not be employees (or members of their families) of Railway Gazette International, the DVV Media Group or anyone connected with the draw.

2.       The prize draw is open to anyone who recommends Railway Gazette International to a colleague and fully completes their details for entry.

3.       By providing your details to Railway Gazette International, you will be indicating your consent to receiving future correspondence from Railway Gazette International and / or DVV Media.

4.       The prize is subject to availability and may change at any time.

5.       Entry to the prize draw is free.

6.       All entries to be received by April 30^th 2012.

7.       The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

8.       Winners of the prize draw will be selected at random by an independent third party.

9.       The winner will agree to take part in future promotional activity.

10.   The Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
