Join our live and interactive online debates
Streamed live from the London's Tower Bridge Studio, our interactive live debates are a strong addition to our portfolio of business information channels for the world's railways. Panelists from across the rail industry address topical subjects during a 1 hour discussion, while registered viewers can submit questions and comments in real time using our unique wavecast facility.
Our live broadcasts are available to watch 'On Demand' within 24 hours, with all comments and interactions still visible.

Webinar Broadcast Sponsorship Process:
First we will consult with you and agree on a topic of discussion, once this is agreed you will then need to appoint a company representative to sit on the panel during the webinar. Our editorial team will put together some key topics which they feel will be relevant to discuss during the one hour broadcast, as soon as we have agreed on the topics the date for the broadcast will be set, and the studio booked. Railway Gazette then put together a registration page for the webinar, this is the platform where users will register throughout the marketing campaign, we will capture their first name, last name, company, country, e-mail address and any questions that they would like to submit to the panel during the webinar – you will be given full access to all this data before, during, and after the webinar.
We begin the marketing campaign four weeks prior to the broadcast by sending various e-shots to our global list of over 50,000 rail professionals, as well as run weekly social media campaigns across Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter to help engage with our audience and ensure we are receiving as many registrations as possible for your webinar. Typically we send eight e-shots to our subscriber lists, as well as using in house marketing banners across Railwaygazette.com promoting the webinar.
A member of our expert editorial team will chair the webinar, and be supported by your representative from your company, and two to three more expert speakers, which the editorial team will source internally for you.
On the day we ask for our speakers to arrive at London’s Tower Bridge Studio one hour prior to broadcast, this will ensure all of our speakers have enough time for sound and technical checks – during the webinar the online viewers will submit questions and comment throughout the debate, there will be a member of the Railway Gazette team in the studio pushing the comments to the Chairman in real time, so the panellist's can discuss issues raised through the webinar.
Once the broadcast is finished we then run a four week on demand campaign, prompting our readers who haven’t registered to do so, and view the on demand version. We then send a full report to you at the end with the final list of registered participants and all their details, this data is not shared with any of the other panellists', and will be yours to do with as you wish.
