Formed in 1963, the National Railway Labor Conference (NRLC) is a not-for-profit association which represents member railroads in dealings with representatives of organised employees on a national level in matters involving railroad labour relations, health and welfare benefits, appropriate matters before the courts, Congressional committees, and other governmental bodies, and other matters of interest or concern to its members.
Membership is open to any railroad within the continental United States.
