*many lines share long sections of route, so the length of lines operated (65 km) is somewhat longer than the system length (47·6 km).

Recent openings: On August 29 2020 the western end of Line F was rerouted onto a new branch from Faubourg National to Comtes (1·7 km, 3 stops). An extension of Line A southwest from Illkirch-Lixenbuhl to Illkirch-Graffenstaden was opened on April 23 2016 (1·7 km, 3 stops). An extension of Line D east from Aristride Briand across the Rhine to Kehl Bahnhof, Germany, opened on April 29 2017 (2·7 km, 2 stops), and was further extended to Kehl Rathaus on November 23 2018 (1·2 km, 2 stops). On June 17 2019 Line E was extended northeast from Boecklin to Robertsau L’Escale (1·6 km, 3 stops). Details of earlier opening dates are included below the Strasbourg network map.
