CIS Railway Council

The Council was established in 1992; members are the Presidents of the railway administrations in the 12 countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kirgizstan, Moldova, Russia, Tadjikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan), plus Bulgaria, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Finland as observers.
