Estrada de Ferro do Amapa

Opened in 1954, this isolated line owned by MMX Logistics SA links the Serro do Navio iron ore mining region with the harbour at Puerto Santana in the state of Amapa. After a period of decline, the Amapa mine was expected to reopen in 2007.
