Ferrocarriles del Suroeste (Fesur)

This open access operator was set up in 2007 by its joint-owners GEA-21 and Grupo Alfonso Gallardo, both construction companies. It was granted an operating licence in 2008, and bought nine hybrid electric locomotives from CAF and a fleet of 400 wagons.
