Organisation Commune Bénin-Niger des Chemins de fer et des Transports

The Central Benin Railway was opened from the port of Cotonou to Parakou in 1901. In accordance with a convention between the governments of Niger and Benin, OCBN was established in 1959 and is responsible for management of the railway.
