Eran Gartner has been appointed to the newly-created position of CEO of Pandrol and joined the executive committee of its parent Delachaux Group, on April 1. Previous Pandrol executive committee member Guy Talbourdet is now focused on his role as CEO of Delachaux Group, and Brian Forster will retire at the end of June. Fabrice Seewald has been appointed to the new position of Deputy CEO of Pandrol and remains a member of the Delachaux executive committee.

He succeeds Jiří Štěpánek who has been named Head of Rolling Stock Approval. Jan Kutálek becomes Business Director, with his previous position of Sales Director being abolished.
