Ron Bilodeau has been appointed Vice-President, East, at Canadian Pacific Railway.

Alan Dyke has been appointed Managing Director of Union Railways (North) Ltd, taking over from Walt Bell who moves to parent company London & Continental Railways as Projects Director. LCR Treasurer Mark Bayley becomes Finance Director of the Group. Chairman John Neerhout plans to retire at the end of the year, and Chief Executive Rob Holden will become Executive Chairman in January 2004.
On June 16 Jirí Vencl stepped down as Commercial & Operations Director of Czech Railways, and was replaced by Jirí Kloutvor. Ivan Foltyn becomes Deputy General Manager for Economy on July 1, replacing Jan Bukac. Petr David was appointed Director of the General Manager's Office on June 17.
