FRANCE: Alstom is to supply 32 more Citadis Dualis tram-trains to Île-de-France Mobilités and SNCF Transilien, the manufacturer announced on April 24. Île-de-France Mobilités is financing the €170m order.

Deliveries are due to take place in 2020-22, with 22 vehicles intended to operate on the T12 Express line and the other 10 on the T13 Express line.

The order is part of a framework contract signed by SNCF in 2007 covering up to 200 tram-trains for various regions. To date 63 Dualis tram-trains are in service in France, with a further 15 due to enter service on line T4 in Paris from September.
