AZERBAIJAN: Baku Metropoliten has taken delivery of the first of a further 12 five-car Type 81-765.4B/766.4B metro trainsets which were ordered from Metrowagonmash last October for delivery in 2020-23.
The trainsets from the manufacturer’s Moskva family have full-width gangways, wide doors and areas for passengers with reduced mobility as well as pushchairs and bicycles.
The interiors feature an automatic air disinfection system, passenger information systems, LED lighting and USB sockets for charging electronic devices.
