More sustainable metro trains to ‘reflect the identity of Barcelona’
SPAIN: Contracts for the replacement of the Barcelona metro’s oldest trains were finalised on October 7, with financing put in place and Alstom formally awarded a €268m contract to supply 42 five-car Metropolis trainsets.
