UK: Organisations from across the rail sector have collaborated to launch a revamped Routes into Rail website to provide information about careers in the rail sector, and highlight more than 700 job vacancies.

The website aims to facilitate an increase in diversity in rail by reaching out to ‘all communities, and in particular disadvantaged groups, to show there’s a career in rail for everyone.’

Routes into Rail is co-ordinated by the National Skills Academy for Rail and funded by Network Rail, HS2 Ltd, Amey, Porterbrook, the Railway Industry Association, the Department for Business, Energy, Industry & Skills and VolkerWessels.
