1. NTA - Metropolitan Mass Transit System Ltd. (“NTA”) hereby notifies that the Tender Committee has decided to update the schedule of the Tender as follows.
2. The Bid Submission Date has been postponed to October 16, 2025; last date for submission for Voluntary Pre-Ruling of Bid Bonds has been postponed to September 15, 2025; and the Bid Bond Expiry Date has been updated accordingly and postponed to October 16, 2026.
3. Furthermore, the Invitation to Bid and any updates thereto shall be available for online review and download from NTA’s website at www.nta.co.il (“NTA’s Website”) under the “Tenders” tab, free of charge, and may also be obtained by sending a request to the designated Tender’s Mailbox: Tender1@nta.co.il, in which case NTA shall send the Tender Documents by email.
4. All other provisions of the Tender shall remain unchanged.
5. This notice supersedes any previous document related to this Tender to the extent of any contradiction.
6. It is clarified that all terms used in this notice shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Invitation to Bid.
7. This notice contains general and preliminary information only. Bidders are required to comply with all the provisions of the Tender Documents, in their entirety.
8. In the event of any discrepancy, ambiguity or contradiction between any information contained in this notice and the requirements of the Tender Documents (including the Invitation to Bid) the provisions of the latter shall prevail.
