GREECE: Technical specifications for a proposed tram network in Heraklion, the largest city on the island of Crete, have been agreed by Deputy Mayor for Infrastructure Yiannis Anastasakis and Nikolaos Kouretas, Managing Director of Athens’ Attiko Metro.
