Škoda and Sinara establish vehicle joint venture
RUSSIA: Škoda Transportation and Sinara Group have signed an agreement to establish a 50:50 joint venture for the production of metro trains, trams and trolleybuses. The joint venture, branded Sinara-Škoda will be headquartered in St Petersburg.
