ŽOS Trnava reports that 80% of its revenues came from abroad and from the private sector last year, with Slovakian state companies ŽSR, ZSSK and ZSSK Cargo accounting for 17·4% of income. ‘Focus on the western European market and services for these customers pays off. The supervisory boards of Knorr-Bremse is to propose the appointment of Dr Sigrid Nikutta as a member of the supervisory board at the AGM on May 24, succeeding Dr Thomas Enders who is stepping down. Nikutta is DB management board member responsible for freight and CEO of DB Cargo, and was previously Chief Executive of Berlin city transport operator BVG.
