CONTINENTAL: A concept for a new type of sensor for applications such as passenger counting or detecting the presence of people in train doors will be presented by Continental at InnoTrans 2018.
It is based on an extremely robust material that can withstand the harshest environmental conditions with temperatures of up to 250°C, while being soft enough to ensure that the sensors can respond to contact, pressure, tension and changes in frequency.
