BELGIUM: Sophie Dutordoir, formerly head of energy company Electrabel, will take office as CEO of national rail operator SNCB on March 7, succeeding Jo Cornu. Jean-Claude Fontinoy stays on as President while Bart Van Camp becomes a Board Member and is joined by former SNCB CEO Marc Descheemaecker. Filip Boulaert, Martine Durez and Yves Goldstein represent the Vlaanderen, Wallonie and Brussels regions respectively.

Meanwhile, at infrastructure manager Infrabel, Herman De Bode becomes Chairman & Vlaanderen representative. Karine Genoe and Florence Reuter also join the Board along with Wallonie representative Antoine de Borman and Brussels representative Karel Stessens.
