Employee Benefits Live is Europe’s largest dedicated reward and benefits event for any in-house professionals who have responsibility for employee reward, benefits and pensions, providing the opportunity for delegates to learn and be inspired by leading figures in the industry, through keynotes, case studies, panel debates and practical ‘How To’ sessions.

The event enables forward-thinking professionals to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in order to provide effective benefits solutions and strategies.

Spread across four theatres, the event offers an extensive editorial-driven programme, consisting of several topical streams of free content, covering every aspect of benefits, reward and pensions.

This year’s speakers include Tom Holliss, chief people officer at Zappi, who will be leading a session titled ‘Cultural innovation in a geographically displaced workforce: How to create a work culture that people love’, and Ian Hodson, head of reward at the University of Lincoln, who will be discussing ‘Engaging reward options for the workforce of tomorrow’.

With the cost of living rising sharply up employers’ agendas, this year’s conference programme will also feature a range of sessions giving practical tips and inspiration around what organisations can offer to support their employees. On 6th October, Michaela O’Reilly, head of reward and analytics at IPSOS, will discuss how employers can help with the cost of living in a session titled ‘Building an effective financial wellbeing strategy’.
