Electrostar ETCS contract awarded

Siemens has been awarded the first-in-class contract to equip a GWR Bombardier Transportation Class 387 Electrostar with ETCS Level 2.

UK: Siemens has been awarded a contract for the first-in-class design and installation of ETCS Level 2 equipment on a Bombardier Transportation Class 387 Electrostar electric multiple-unit operated by Great Western Railway.
