USA: Corru-Gage is a compact corrugation measuring tool designed for ease of use with all rail sizes, track gauges and curve radii.
The rugged aluminium body has precision alignment anvils and magnetic steel feet, with an optional electronic dial indicator which allows data to be downloaded to a PDA or laptop in the field.
The roller bearing tip dial indicator is placed onto the rail and swiped to measure the depth and the peak-to-peak length of any corrugation, as well as high and low welds, weld batter and wheel burn depth.
