FINLAND: National operator VR is using Kilfrost's TDIce Plus products to prevent ice build-up on the underside of its rolling stock.
The order includes TDIce, TDIce Plus and TDIcesustain, designed to be used with equipment from Swedish firm Nordic Ground Support which is VR’s de-icing contractor. All products are biodegradable, containing no triazole or nonyphenol. The TDIcesustain uses bio-glycol derived from sustainable raw materials.
