PANDROL: The rail activities of the Delachaux Group are to be unified under the Pandrol brand name, the company announced on November 17.
As well as the eponymous rail fastenings business, Pandrol will also be the brand used by the Railtech, Vortok, Pandrol CDM Track, Rosenqvist, Matweld and RSS divisions.
The rebranding forms part of a wider corporate restructuring which will see four business units created within Pandrol. These will cover Fastening Systems; Aluminothermic Welding; Equipment & Control; and Electrification.
According to Delachaux Group, this restructuring should allow Pandrol to look beyond its existing product portfolio to focus on ‘maximising rail infrastructure availability, safety and the lifetime value of rail infrastructure for customers’.
