Iowa-based locomotive repair and refurbishment company Midwest Maintenance Service has been acquired by Metro East Industries. RR Mergers & Acquisitions identified Metro East Industries as a potential purchaser and assisted Midwest Maintenance Service in negotiating the transaction.
