FRANCE: Transport authority Orléans Métropole renewed its contract with Keolis to operate and maintain the city’s Tao public transport network on November 15. The six-year contract running from January 1 2019 is expected to generate revenue of €395m.

Keolis plans to introduce an on-demand transport service, as well as bringing in contactless payment. The contract period also covers the planned replacement of all diesel buses with electric buses, which is planned to take place by 2024.
