STRATASYS: A Fortus 450mc Production 3D printer will be running live on the Stratasys stand, demonstrating how the use of additive manufacturing to produce high-performance replacement parts on demand can accelerate product development cycles and overcome the limitations of traditional manufacturing for low-volume production.

The Fortus 450mc uses robust engineering-grade thermoplastics to build strong, long lasting and dimensionally stable parts, including Nylon 12CF which contains 35% chopped carbon-fibre making it strong enough to replace metal in some applications

Visitors will also be able to explore the potential of the Stratasys J750, described as the 'world’s only multi-material, full-colour 3D printer’, which can combine up to six materials in a single print to produce complex prototypes which look, feel and function like the finished product.
