ARGENTINA: Suburban operator Trenes de Buenos Aires has unveiled the first nine-car EMU to be completed by Emfer for its Once - Moreno route, comprising five rebuilt single-deck Toshiba vehicles and four new double-deck cars to increase train capacity by 40%.
