Mangu Singh, who joined Delhi Metro Rail Corp in 1997 as Chief Engineer and worked his way up through the company, has been named Managing Director. He succeeds Dr Elattuvalapil Sreedharan, who stepped down on December 31 having served in the post since DMRC’s inception.
