Pursuant to Section 2.16 (Bidders’ Conference and Site Visit) of the ITB, and subject to the following, the Tender Committee decided to invite interested Potential Finance Providers to attend individual face-to-face meetings with NTA (“Meetings”).
The Meetings are not mandatory and shall not be regarded as a requirement for the submission of a Bid.
The Meetings are scheduled to take place between September 23, 2019 and September 26, 2019 at NTA’s offices.
The Meetings are designated for interested Potential Finance Providers to present the representatives of the Tender Committee with the ten (10) most fundamental issues raised by them.
Potential Finance Providers who wish to participate in a Meeting are invited to send NTA a notice (“Notice of Interest”) by no later than August 20, 2019 at 16:00 (Israel time) by email to the Tender Mailbox: ntatender(at)nta.co.il. Following receipt of a Notice of Interest, access to the Tender Documents will be coordinated and granted subject to and in compliance with NTA’s procedures.
The issuance of this Notice does not derogate from any of NTA’s or the Tender Committee’s rights and prerogatives under the Tender Documents or Law.
