Request for Information (RFI) Concerning “Train’s Localization & Monitoring System”

1. Israel Railways Ltd. (“ISR”) wishes to obtain information regarding Train’s Localization & Monitoring System.

2. RFI Documents are available for review and download at ISR’s website at the following address:

3. All Requests for Clarification relating to the RFI shall be submitted in English by the Electronic Box of ISR in the Sourcingvision system or by e-mail to: Yuliae@rail.co.il.

4. All Responses must be submitted to the e-mail mentioned above yuliae@rail.co.il, or to the Electronic Box of Israel Railways at the Sourcingvision system, starting May 26, 2026, 08:00 (Israel Time) until May 28, 2026, 23:59 (Israel time) (the“Final Submission Date”). After this deadline, it will not be possible to submit Responses to the Electronic Box.
