LATVIA: ‘These trains are bringing to Latvia a new standard of quality’, said Rodžers Jānis Grigulis, CEO of national passenger operator Pasažier Vilciens, at the unveiling of the first of 32 four-car electric multiple-units ordered from Škoda Transportation.
