
UK: Applications are now open for Transport for Wales’ 2026 Future Leaders Graduate Scheme, offering the opportunity to help shape the future of rail and bus transport.
Successful applicants will join a two-year programme rotating between different teams that work in their chosen area to gain hands-on experience.
The scheme includes structured mentorship, access to development workshops and financial support for professional qualifications.
TfW has 11 opportunities available across eight areas:
- Bus Project Management;
- Bus Network Planning;
- Customer Operations x2;
- Commercial x2;
- IT & Digital Services;
- Operations;
- Systems Safety Engineering;
- Transport Planning x2.

Applications close at midnight on January 18 2026, but early applications are encouraged as the scheme attracts high interest and may close before the deadline. Applicants must have graduated in a relevant subject area in the last two years or will graduate by September 2026 when the scheme begins.
