Axtone acquires HSW-ZS

POLAND: Axtone has acquired 100% of the shares of HSW Zakład Sprężynownia, which produces hot rolled coil springs for rail vehicles and other applications. Around 60% of its production is for export, with the company holding certifications in Poland, Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and the USA.
