Software company RailcarRx's Repair Shop Management System now supports leasing company TTX's billing format, which includes variations to the standard CRB billing format. RailcarRx says it has streamlined the process of creating repair cards for TTX pooled equipment, by allowing repair shops to update required data in bulk and generate a split BRC automatically. This eliminates the need to manually manipulate data on 500 byte files, and avoids double entry of data between systems.

Sella Controls is to sell and support EKE Electronics’ range of products in the UK and Ireland from June 1. This includes train management systems, train communication network gateways and passenger information systems, with Sella Controls to offer EKE’s Trainnet GPS-based automatic selective door opening system in conjunction with its own beacon-based Tracklink III. EKE Electronics is to market Tracklink products and engineering services in its worldwide markets.
