INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN A PARTICIPANTS’ CONFERENCE
WITH RESPECT TO PARTICIPATION IN FUTURE TENDERS FOR THE EXECUTION OF INFRA #1 WORKS OF THE TEL AVIV METROPOLITAN METRO LINES
1. NTA – Metropolitan Mass Transit System Ltd. (“NTA”), through its Tender Committee (“Tender Committee”), hereby invites entities from Israel and abroad to attend a three-day conference to be held at the Hilton Hotel in Tel Aviv, from the 23rd to 25th of February 2026. in connection with pre-qualification process 589/2025 with respect to participation in future tenders for the execution of Infra #1 works of the Tel Aviv metropolitan metro lines (hereinafter: the “Conference” and “Pre-Qualification Process”).
2. The Conference will include a guided tour, a gala event, a presentation of the Pre-Qualification Process and the project, lectures on various topics and face-to-face meetings with prospective participants in the Pre-Qualification Process.
3. The Conference is intended for prospective participants in the Pre-Qualification Process (i.e., contractors) and not for the general public. The Tender Committee reserves the right to reject an application submitted by an entity which is not a prospective participant. The foregoing does not derogate from NTA’s right to invite additional parties to participate in certain parts of the Conference. Prior registration is required.
4. Attendance in the Conference is not mandatory and shall not be regarded as a requirement for the submission of a pre-qualification submission.
5. Additional information regarding the Conference including how to register for it, is detailed in the notice to participants published on NTA’s website at the following link.
6. This notice does not derogate from any of NTA’ or the Tender Committee’s rights and prerogatives under the pre-qualification documents or law. The Tender Committee reserves the right to change or update any aspect relating to the Conference, at its sole discretion.
