
UK: Visitor attraction ticketing and point-of-sale technology company Vennersys is to supply the Snowdon Mountain Railway with its VenposCloud software. This will support online ticketing with allocated seating, and sales at the ticket office, gift shop, café and visitor centre.
Customer relationship management tools will support more tailored visitor communications including more detailed segmentation, and there will be connectivity to multiple online travel agents and improved stock management.
Business intelligence reporting through Vennersys Insights will give the railway clearer oversight of operations and footfall.
