Costs rise as Auckland City Rail Link contract awarded

Construction of the City Rail Link is already underway in Lower Queen Street, where the cross-city tunnels will convert Auckland's existing Britomart terminus into a through station.

NEW ZEALAND: Project promoter CRL Ltd has selected the Link Alliance as preferred bidder for the main works package to construct the City Rail Link loop line under central Auckland.
