GERMANY: Bombardier Transportation moved its global headquarters in Berlin to Brookfield Properties Germany’s Eichhornstraße 3 building with effect from July 3.

There are around 250 employees at the new headquarters near Potsdamer Platz, which has been laid out with a focus on collaboration, personal productivity and flexibility, as well as providing ‘the right set of digital tools for a paper-lite approach’.

‘Our new global headquarters is a fundamental part of our global transformation plan to make Bombardier Transportation a more agile and competitive organisation’, said President Laurent Troger. ‘An increasingly competitive and digital environment requires more active collaboration between and among our teams’, he said. ‘Our new headquarters will be a catalyst for innovative ways of working and will play a major role in leveraging the benefits of the strong teamwork we have between our departments and business units, as well as customers and partners.’
