'Flying seagull' transport interchange planned for Istanbul

TURKEY: Hakan Kiran Architecture and Dutch engineering consultancy Royal HaskoningDHV have signed a memorandum of understanding for the design of the Kabatas Seagull Transportation Hub, an interchange between tram, funicular, bus and ferry services on the European side of Istanbul.
