A GROUP of European operators and the Association of German Transport Undertakings (VDV) are setting up the European Rail Freight Association. The first general assembly will take place on July 23 in Brussels, and Klaus-J Meyer, the VDV representative in Brussels, has been nominated as Chief Executive.
