INDIAN Railways Minister Nitish Kumar joined ceremonies at Hajipur in Bihar on October 1 to mark the formal inauguration of the East Central Railway. IR Board Secretary R R Jaruhar handed over a commemorative authorisation to General Manager S C Gupta.
