Heinrich Brüggeman has been appointed to head German Railway’s regional railways office in Nordrhein-Westfalen; he was formerly Board Member, Personnel, at DB Regio AG. Former Board Member, Production, Dr Joachim Trettin will head the Northeast office covering Berlin-Brandenberg and Mecklenberg-Vorpommern.
