Jaroslav Vrana has been named Director of Railways for the Czech Ministry of Transport, replacing Karel Sellner. He also becomes Chairman of Czech State Railways (CD), replacing Ivan Foltyn. Dalibor Zeleny has been appointed General Manager of CD, replacing Vladimir Sosna.
