Promising to maintain and extend road and rail investment to improve the competitiveness of the logistics sector, Antonio Carlos Rodrigues was sworn in as Brazil’s Transport Minister at a ceremony in Brasilia on January 5. He succeeds Paulo Sérgio Passos.
